High-level trigger voltage range: DC 3.0V–24V
When the signal voltage is between 3.0V–24V, the MOSFET turns ON.
Below 0.6V (0V–0.6V), the MOSFET turns OFF.
The signal voltage must NOT be between 0.6V–3.0V, otherwise the MOSFET will be in a partially switched-on state, which may burn out the MOSFET under high power use.
