MT3608 USB Type-C Adjustable DC-DC Step-Up Boost Converter – 2A

This compact MT3608 boost converter module converts a lower DC input voltage into a higher adjustable DC output voltage. With both a USB Type-C input and solder-pad input connections, it is convenient for battery-powered projects, prototyping and custom power supplies.

The output voltage is adjusted using the onboard multi-turn potentiometer, allowing the module to be configured for common voltages such as 5V, 9V, 12V and 24V. Modules of this type are typically specified for approximately 2–24V DC input, adjustable output up to around 28V, and up to 2A maximum current.

Important: This is a step-up converter only. The output voltage must be set higher than the input voltage. Output current capability decreases as the voltage boost ratio increases, so the 2A figure should be treated as a maximum module rating rather than continuous output at every voltage.
