Description

4-Channel Bidirectional Logic Level Converter – 3.3V / 5V

Connect microcontrollers and modules operating at different logic voltages with this compact 4-channel bidirectional logic level converter. Ideal for interfacing 3.3V devices with 5V electronics, it automatically translates logic signals in both directions without requiring manual direction control.

Commonly used with Arduino, ESP32, ESP8266, Raspberry Pi and other microcontroller projects.

Features:

4 independent bidirectional channels
Designed for 3.3V ↔ 5V logic conversion
Automatic bidirectional operation
No direction-control pin required
Suitable for digital logic signals
Particularly useful for I²C communication
Can also be used with many UART and other low-speed digital signals
Separate high-voltage (HV) and low-voltage (LV) supply references
Common ground connection
Compact PCB design suitable for breadboards and prototyping
Supplied with header pins for soldering as required
Uses MOSFET-based level translation

Connections:

HV – High-voltage logic supply, typically 5V
LV – Low-voltage logic supply, typically 3.3V
GND – Common ground
HV1–HV4 – High-voltage signal channels
LV1–LV4 – Corresponding low-voltage signal channels

For example, a 3.3V ESP32 can communicate safely with a 5V peripheral by connecting the ESP32 side to LV and the 5V device side to HV.

Ideal for:

Arduino projects
ESP32 / ESP8266
Raspberry Pi
I²C sensors and displays
Microcontroller development
Mixed-voltage electronics
Prototyping and robotics

Typical application: 3.3V ↔ 5V bidirectional logic conversion

A simple and convenient solution when connecting devices that use different digital logic voltages.
