Using the original IRF520 power.MOS tube, PWM
the control output can be performed.
The Arduino can drive loads up to 24V, such as LED
strips, DC motors, micro-pumps, and solenoid valves.
With PWM modulation, LED step-less dimming and
motor step-less speed regulation can be realized.

The PWM signal is active at a high level
When the PWM is high (3.3V-5.0V) :
Between V+ and V- is the power supply voltage,
the work indicator is on, and the load is working
When the PWM is low (OV-0.5V) :
If the value between V+ and V- is 0, the work
indicator is off and the load is not working
The VCC pin setup is useless, V+ and VIN are
