ZB2L3 battery capacity tester (discharge type) supports 1.2–12V external load testing, including 18650 batteries.
Single-function tool controls load to provide real-time discharge current and capacity (Ah).
Supports up to 15V, 3A discharge (load-based, does not self-discharge).
Max capacity: 9999Ah (9999000mAh).
Automatically detects suitable cut-off voltage; manual adjustment possible.
Instructions
Fully charge the battery before testing.
Connect battery: positive to positive input, negative to negative input. Do not reverse polarity. Load connects to output terminals. Power via micro USB (not from PC/laptop).
To begin, press "OK." The tester auto-sets termination voltage based on full charge voltage. To manually set cut-off voltage, press "+" or "-" when voltage is displayed (starts with “P”, resolution 0.1V), then press "OK" to start.
During testing, the display cycles through capacity (Ah), current (A), and voltage (V). When cut-off voltage is reached, discharge stops, display freezes, and indicator flashes. Press "OK" once to stop flashing, again to reset for next battery.
Error Codes
Err1: Battery voltage >15V
Err2: Voltage < cut-off voltage
Err3: Battery/load resistance too high
Err4: Overcurrent (>3.1A)
Note: Load resistors heat during discharge — ensure safe handling. Input terminals may show low voltage due to DC bias even when idle; 0V shows correctly when shorted.
