Non-returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or Defective Goods

If a product you purchased from us is faulty, defective, or not fit for purpose, we are happy to send a replacement, repair the item, or provide a refund for your purchase. We may require proof of the issue through pictures or video, or you may need to return the item to us at our expense. If we send a replacement under a warranty claim, the shipping costs will be covered by us.
