Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through Aramex or Mainstream’s tracking portals.
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via our contact page so we can assist you. Please do not sign for damaged packages
Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. International shipping options may be available in the future.
