We use Aramex and Mainstream for our freight services. The available shipping methods include:

• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days.
• Rural Deliveries: Additional time may be required for rural areas.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and and item sizes. Free shipping promotions may apply to certain orders.

4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through Aramex or Mainstream’s tracking portals.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via our contact page so we can assist you. Please do not sign for damaged packages

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. International shipping options may be available in the future.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
